职位描述
1.负责产妇的健康护理及产褥期常见问题的预防，指导产妇实时母乳喂养和乳房护理及产后宫缩、恶露的观察和指导。帮助产妇掌握母乳喂养的方法及宝宝的喂补、吸吮常识。
2.掌握新生儿的喂养呵护技巧，精通配方奶粉的配制及各类婴儿喂养用具的使用，熟练掌握洗澡抚触，被动操，排气操，换尿不湿等。
3.掌握婴儿黄疸、体温的监测，观察大小便，掌握脐带，臀部，会阴的护理，掌握红臀尿布疹的处理方法，对宝宝吐奶、溢奶，呛奶可以熟练处理。
