职位描述
1. 根据公司要求，通过公司平台，企业微信，电话等多种方式，为全渠道用户提供睡眠健康相关的咨询和服务，并引导客户购买相应的产品和服务。
2. 挖掘客户需求，提供良好的用户体验，达成销售业绩目标，优化销售漏斗，不断提升销售转化率。
3. 指导用户正确使用呼吸机，协助解决呼吸机使用过程中的参数调节，设备保养等问题，为客户提供更好的使用体验。
4. 严格遵循工作的SOP，对客户的咨询进行分级管理、通过患者教育提高用户的转化率、针对客户满意度进行分析与统计，提升整体服务质量；
5. 配合公司跨部门的项目合作，执行到位，并针对C端用户的真实反馈进行有效的反馈沟通。提升公司的服务质量。
基本需求：
1. 本科及以上学历，医药类相关专业，护理背景优先；
2. 3-5年以上相关行业工作经验，从事医疗服务、医疗系统呼吸科或者睡眠健康领域的优先；
3. 反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
4. 具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，强烈的客户服务意识；
5. 能与客户进行基本的产品介绍与交流。
6. 有责任心，有自驱力，有一定的抗压能力；有团队协作精神，善于挑战。
7. 有一定的线上商城、电商平台行业工作经验的优先
8. 本岗位实行轮班制，每周双休，会根据业务阶段需求进行排班。
