Manage blocked orders (reasons, judgments, and follow - up).
Handle dunning & statement of account (SOA), and coordinate and support document preparation in case of insolvency.
Develop and leverage relationships with customers and partners while facilitating sales.
Participate in global CCRM projects on behalf of China.
Provide proper training to sales and other business teams.
Lead OTC processes in accordance with ECMS policies, guidelines and practices:
Control and monitor collection and clearing timely and efficiently.
Support to clarify payment discrepancies with customers.
Closely contact all respective stakeholders within the process flow, act as a strong partner and coordinate to set up a reliable and effective communication channel.
Conduct IFRS9 evaluation review, ECL impairment testing and accounting.
Perform overdue analysis and reporting, calculate days sales outstanding (DSO), and escalate collection measures on important customers.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
Fluent English reading & writing skills.
SAP experience is preferred.
5 years’ experience in both CCRM and OTC, including at least 2 years’ on CCRM and 1 year on OTC and hands - on history.
Abundant practical experience on CCRM processes.
Self - motivated and a team contributor, detail - oriented, open - minded, careful and patient.
Strong communication & interaction skills at all levels in the organization, and be able to proactively monitor the work progress.
Experience on process optimization is an advantage.
