Overview 1. 支持工厂管理团队建立和不断完善工厂非GMP日常运营管理流程和框架,对各项日常运营指标进行有效的跟踪、分析和汇报 2. 组织和管理日常非GMP运营相关活动 3. 与外部业务运营团队充分合作,确保公司的日常非GMP运营活动顺利开展,符合各项法律法规和公司内部管理要求。 4. 该岗位支持整个工厂的行政工作,但是仅限于Office领域相关的行政工作,不涵盖专业领域行政工作(比如不涵盖HSE/工程/供应链/生产等) To support the RLT CN site leadership team establish the non-GMP operational process and develop a robust operational KPI tracking processes Organize non-GMP operational related daily activities to make sure sufficient support for daily GMP operations. Collaboration with other functions outside of site team to ensure site daily non-GMP related activities are fully compliant with internal and external policies. Key Responsibilities 1. 组织和管理日常各项非GMP 直接相关的活动,包括但不限于会议组织和跟进、文件管理归档、办公室区域清洁、员工餐饮、工会活动、办公区域日常运营物料采购和分发管理工作等。 2. 配合HSE部门组织开展HSE日常工作,确保工厂非GMP区域符合HSE相关管理规范要求。 3. 负责工厂前台区域的运行和日常管理,确保顺利开展内外部接待工作。 4. 配合完成办公室区域日常资产贴签、实物管理工作和年度盘点工作。 5. 跟进公司总部和工厂层面非GMP直接相关政策、新闻等,及时宣传到位并跟踪管理各部门执行情况。 6. 定期整合和分析相关运营数据,为团队业务回顾及临时的业务决策提供所需的准确的信息,评估业务运营过程中存在的风险和机会,并提供相关应对建议持续优化,帮助工厂运营团队达成既定的运营目标。 7. 支持公司年度内外部申报等相关工作。 Organize and manage non-GMP office area daily activities, including but not limited to meeting organization, non-GMP document management and archiving, office area cleaning, cafeteria management, labor union activities, procurement and distribution of daily operational supplies for office areas, and other related tasks. Collaborate with the HSE department to organize daily HSE operations for office areas, ensuring fully comply with HSE policies. Responsible for the operation and daily management of the reception area, ensuring proper reception work for internal and external visits. Office areas daily assets management and assets physical counting. Follow up on non-GMP related policies and news released by corporate and site level to ensure timely dissemination and tracking the execution by each functions at site level. Regularly consolidate and analyze the operational data to support the site leadership team for business decisions, risks assessment, offer corresponding recommendations for continuous improvement to support the operations team to achieve the operational goals including budget and operational efficiency. Background 1. Proven experience with administrative support,需要有2年及以上相关工作经验 2. Completed vocational training; preferably with Administration / Commercial background 3. Experience in documentation according to internal and legal regulations of all documents necessary for a legal entity (desirable) 7.
