Project Nature This position is for a short-term project lasting approximately one and a half years, suitable for individuals eager to grow quickly in the pharmaceutical industry. Position Description As a Business Department Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order management, working closely with various departments to drive business development. Your work will directly meet customer satisfaction and the overall operational efficiency of the company. Key Responsibilities ◎ Channel Order Management - Track, maintain, and manage channel orders, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. - Address customer inquiries and coordinate solutions to enhance customer experience. ◎Systems Development and Implementation - Participate in the development and optimization of systems(eg.SAP/ERP) related to order management, promoting automation and efficiency. - Gather user requirements, develop system testing plans, and participate in implementation. ◎Daily Operations Support - Assist in handling daily operational tasks within the Business Department, supporting team projects to ensure smooth progress. - Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners. ◎Pharmaceutical Management and GSP Compliance - Understand and implement Good Supply Practice (GSP) regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws. - Assist in pharmaceutical inventory management, conducting regular inventory record checks to ensure accuracy. - Participate in the processes of receiving, inspecting, and dispatching pharmaceutical products to ensure quality and compliance. Position Requirements - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in pharmaceuticals, business management, information technology, or related fields preferred. - Language Skills: Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of independently handling international client relations. Professional Background - Strong logical thinking capabilities with the ability to analyze problems independently and provide solutions. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. - Familiarity with SAP system operations and experience in systems development projects are preferred. - Understanding of pharmaceutical management and GSP regulations, with relevant experience preferred. - Passion for teamwork, with strong interdepartmental communication skills to effectively drive project progress.
