• Ability to travel frequently
• BS/MS in Mechanical/Electro-mechanical/Industrial Engineering, PhD in Materials Science is a
plus
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good English
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing or Quality Control for high volume
manufacturing products at international OEM partners
• Experience with any of the following: mechanical enclosures, textiles, leather, castings, plastic
parts, injection molding, tooling, jigs, fixtures, or high volume manufacturing quality
• Has passion to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment, must be a self-starter, and be able to

work independently with minimal supervision
• Has deep knowledge on quality management system structure, quality procedures, and the
application of typical quality tools (e.g. MSA, FACA, SPC) and troubleshooting modes and driving
corrective actions
• Knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing
operations, strong technical skills, i.e. problem solving, issue root causing, analytical skills
• Be familiar with GD&T and have rich experience to apply the knowledges in actual work
• Strong data analysis ability and Statistics Concept Expertise (Design of Experiments, ANOVA,
Multi-Vari), able to utilise data analysis tools to discover the clues of inherence of data
• Has professional project management skill and a deep understanding of problem-solving tools
including design of experiments, root cause analysis, and statistical tools
