Capex设备采购工程师- 岗位职责：
注：
1.英文口语需要无障碍交流。
2.具有化工工厂生产设备采购经验，了解化工设备市场情况。
Key Responsibilities to be handled:
1.Conduct/Lead supplier selection and evaluation with the end goal of working with best-in-class suppliers who provide quality goods at competitive prices for large Agrochemical plant (fabricated process equipment, Utility equipment, Bulk steel requirements).
2.Supplier interactions online and offline format.
3.Interact with customers of suppliers to get feedback on supplier’s reliability.
4.Understand and translate technical requirements and deliverables to suppliers.
5.Help key stakeholders to complete techno-commercial agreements.
6.Conduct primary supplier site evaluation.
7.Knowledge of good manufacturing processes and fabrication.
8.Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
9.Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
10.Engaging frequently and effectively with key corporate stakeholders
11.Knowledge of SAP MM module, e-Procurement (preferred).
12.Sound knowledge of Microsoft office.
Eligibility:
1.Qualification: Engineer ((preferred mechanical or chemical))
2.Experience: 8 to 10 years in project execution, mainly managing technical aspects of project and MRO purchases
3.Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin is must. He would act as translator as well.
4.Knowledge of chemical processes will be added advantage. Knowledge of various manufacturing processes / methods as well as inspection methods is
essential (like fabrication, casting, machining)
5.Should have exposure to vendor development.
6.Knowledge of local supplier base in different provinces is must.
