一、岗位职责(Job Responsibilities)
- 聚焦欧美航线,开拓直客群体,了解客户需求,提供进出口国际运输咨询、报价及定制化方案。
- 收集欧美航线市场信息,独立完成销售目标,跟进订单及回款事宜。
- 维护欧美线稳定直客资源,定期拜访跟进,建立长期合作关系,推动订单增量。
- 定期提交销售报告及预测,向管理层汇报业绩与市场趋势。
- 遵守公司制度,做好业务风险控制,参与培训提升专业能力。
- 协助开展市场推广,提升公司欧美航线及传统物流市场影响力。
- Focus on Europe and North America routes, develop direct customers, understand their needs, and provide import and export international transportation consulting, quotation and customized solutions.
- Collect market information of Europe and North America routes, independently complete sales targets, and follow up orders and payment collection.
- Maintain stable direct customer resources of Europe and North America routes, visit and follow up regularly, establish long-term cooperative relations and promote order growth.
- Submit sales reports and forecasts regularly, and report performance and market trends to the management.
- Abide by company systems, do a good job in business risk control, and participate in training to improve professional capabilities.
- Assist in marketing promotion to enhance the company's market influence in Europe and North America routes and traditional logistics.
二、任职要求(Job Requirements)
- 专科及以上学历,国贸、物流、报关货代等相关专业优先。
- 3年以上物流/货代行业独立销售经历,重点具备欧美航线销售经验,熟悉欧美市场。
- 拥有欧美线稳定直客资源,有欧美进口业务经验者优先。
- 外资物流公司背景者优先,熟悉外资企业运作模式。
- 熟练掌握传统物流知识,了解相关法规,具备良好职业素养。
- 英语听说读写流利(四级及以上优先),可与国外客户无障碍沟通。
- 沟通谈判能力强,有团队精神和责任心,能承受较大工作压力,目标感强。
- 可接受国内外出差,积极开展市场开拓。
- College degree or above, major in International Trade, Logistics, Customs Declaration and Freight Forwarding is preferred.
- More than 3 years of independent sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry, with focus on Europe and North America routes sales experience and familiarity with European and American markets.
- Having stable direct customer resources in Europe and North America routes, experience in Europe and North America import business is preferred.
- Candidates with foreign-funded logistics company background are preferred, familiar with foreign-funded enterprise operation mode.
- Proficient in traditional logistics knowledge, understanding relevant laws and regulations, with good professional quality.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing (CET-4 or above preferred), able to communicate with foreign customers without obstacles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, team spirit and sense of responsibility, able to work under great pressure, with strong sense of goal.
- Able to accept domestic and foreign business trips and actively carry out market development.
