Job Purpose A newly created and tactical role to support new venture business development with laying focus on O2O segment, to meet extreme outside market environment change with challenge as well hit business growth target. Overall the incumbent will be responsible for leading Tuhu business including new business development, platform operations, and co-works with other channel business. Job Accountabilities: 1.Develop market strategy and key account strategy for 3-years continuous growth by professional market analysis and working close with related stakeholders. 2.Lead and manage Tuhu to deliver sell-in and sell-out target by leveraging resources effectively. 3.Hunt potential customer/business partner(s) with leveraging related internal/external resources with result delivery. 4.Develop business plan, process with continuous improvement to maximize the efficiency. 5.Be responsible for regular daily operations with initiatives as but not limited to lead and closely collaborate with relevant business partners on O2O platform utilization. 6.Initiate and implement sell-out activities to ensure effective workshop activation to increase in-store share. Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business, MBA preferred. •10+ years of professional sales or key accounts development experience, e-commerce platform management experience is preferable •Solid key account management experience in Lubricants/ Automobile After-market/ segment is preferable. •Strong self-driven and resilience, effective people influencing skills desired Competencies Desired •Strong ability of study and communication skills •Experience in lubricant and auto/auto-aftermarket industries •Good understanding of O2O industry and e-commerce logic •Result oriented and able to work under pressure Working Conditions / Physical Requirements / Travel Requirements •Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: Office environment •Travel Requirements: Up to 30%
