Job Purpose
This role will be responsible for supporting the network set-up & management of key distributors (especially for supporting Big Cheese landing) to achieve DB sales target in key markets. The responsibility includes network optimizing, new distributors acquisition, developing and leading distributors in key cities to execute business plan to drive sales revenue and profit growth.
Job Accountabilities:
1.Exploring potential partners and set-up effective market coverage network including both PCEO and HDEO. Lead and manage distributors to delivery sell-in and sell-out target by leveraging resources effectively. -35%
2.Identify and develop strategic partnership with key accounts in assigned key cities to improve brand awareness and product advocacy. -30%
3.Initiate and implement sell-out activities to ensure effective workshop activation to increase in-store share and workshop penetration. -15%
4.Manage sell-out closely to maintain sustainable value chain and minimize cross-channel conflicts. -10%
5.Develop market strategy and key distributor strategy for 3-years continuous growth by professional market analysis and working closing with related stakeholders. - 10%
Job Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s in engineering, MBA preferred.
•10+ years of a professional sales or key accounts development experience
•Solid distributor management experience in B2B2C, Lubricants/ Automobile After-market/ segment is preferable.
•Strong self-driven and resilience, effective people influencing skills desired
Competencies Desired:
1. Strong ability of study and communication skill
2. Experience in lubricant and auto/auto-aftermarket industries
3. Good understanding of the basic structure of vehicles and basic knowledge of lubricants.
4. Result oriented and able to work under pressure
5. Travel Requirements: Up to 70 %
