Purpose of Job
Supporting the Category area/market procurement throughout the procurement process, with the main focus to secure:
• Vendor Master Data administration.
• Contract storage administration.
• Make products and services available.
• Content-quality in ordering tools.
• Buying Instruction administration.
Job Specific Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Take responsibility to understand and communicate around the direction of the organisation together with expectations and goals for the role.

• Make available and secure correct content in ordering tools.
• Supporting Category area/Market procurement in administration related tasks during the purchase process, e.g. vendor master data administration, upload and store contracts in the contract management tool.
• Upload and maintain the Buying instruction, stored in the Sourcing Input repository.
Qualifications
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Excellent business knowledge and mindset.
• Good knowledge of the purchase process and how we contribute to a satisfactory user experience.
