1）掌握金属材料基础知识（冶金、材料力学等）
2）了解管道四大类产品（钢管、管件、法兰、阀门）
3）熟悉国际通用技术标准与规范（如 API、ASTM、ASME、EN 等）
4）具备合同谈判能力，包括价格、贸易术语、国际支付方式、交期、交付等
5）懂得银行信用证交单，及单证的工作（开具原产地证，办理出口许可证等）
6）英语读写精通
• 工作经验
3 年及以上采购相关工作经验，有钢管、管件、法兰、阀门等相关行业经验优先
• 西班牙语流利者优先
• 岗位职责
1）分析询盘需求（技术及商务）
2）开发筛选国内合适供应商（询盘、比价、催价、更新报价）
3）协助国内供应商准备投标技术文件（MPS、ITP、偏差表、澄清文件等）
4）分析汇总国内供应商报价（或给出报价建议）
5）根据需要向国内供应商下达合同（拟定合同、审核条款）
6）产品售后事宜（处理质量异议）
7）开发新供应商

skills and experience
1） Basic knowledge of metal
materials (metallurgy, material mechanics, etc.)
2） Product knowledge of four
large parts of piping (steel pipes, fittings, flanges, valves)
3） Relevant internationally
accepted technical standards and specifications (eg API, ASTM,ASME and EN)
4） Good negotiation skill on
contract in respect of price, incoterms, international payment terms, lead time
and consignment
5）Familiar with bank letter of credit (L/C) presentation and
documentary work, including issuance of certificate of origin, application for
export license, etc.
6）Excellent English reading and writing skills

experience
At
least 3 years of working experience in purchasing and procurement preferably in
related industries eg. steel pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, etc

Fluent English or Spanish is advantage.

responsibilities
1) Analyze the requirements of the
inquiry(technical and business)
2) Select suitable domestic
suppliers(inquiring for quotation, urging, updating quote)
3) Assist domestic suppliers in preparing
technical documents for bidding (MPS, ITP, deviations, clarification)
4) Analyze and summarize the quotations from
domestic suppliers (or suggestion for suppliers’ quotation)
5) Issue contracts to domestic
suppliers(prepare draft contracts, review contract terms), if needed
6) After-sales service of products (processing
of quality objections)
7）Souring new suppliers
