工作职责
Masters
ASME section A, Div.1
specifications and the company´s quality assurance policies and specifications.
熟悉掌握ASME第一章，第一节的要求和公司质量检验要求和质量检验步骤；
Reads
and interprets other product´s specifications and part prints.
能够看懂图纸和熟练解读产品要求；

Approves
incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and
measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

根据公司检验要求，检验原材料是否符合公司要求，可以通过目测和量具检验拒绝不合格要求的原材料流入生产环节；
Approves
in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and
measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production suppliers
and Hayden management.
根据公司检验要求，通过目测和量具检验等方式检验在制品，发现不符项及时与供应商和上级领导沟通，提出整改措施，保证产品质量符合要求；
Keeps
in touch with suppliers in order to identify problems, and work on a systematic
approach to solve those problems with employees and management.
与供应商保持联系，发现问题及时沟通，保证供应商，同事和领导之间的信息流通通畅；
Reinforce
supplier´s quality awareness. Provides
support and assistant in quality related issues and problem solving.
增强供应商质量意识，出现质量问题给供应商协调解决，提供必要支持和帮助；

Approves
finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and
measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.

根据公司检验要求，通过目测和量具检验等方式检验完成品，需要返工的产品，返工完成后，要确保质量符合要求；
Conduct
various tests and quality checks on raw materials and finished products. Insure
that all product have been tested and fall within standards, measured to
specifications and within tolerances, readability of labels, etc
通过多种检验途径保证原材料和成品符合质量要求，保证所有产品通过检验，符合要求，例如，公差，标签等
Documents
inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and
waste;
完成检验报告记录，总结返工造成的损失；
Keeps
measurement equipment in operating conditions, calling for repairs if necessary. Ensure calibration and
maintenance is performed on inspection equipment
最好检验工具的日常维护，例如，校准量具等；
Perform
product identification and traceability activities, as required.
根据要求做好产品的可鉴别性和可追溯性；
Work
with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions.

与团队其他成员一起协同工作解决检验方面遇到的问题；
Communicate
with project engineers to ensure schematics are in compliance with the final
product.
与设计员及时沟通保证完产品和图纸相符；
Document
and report inspection findings and results. Logs products non-conformities and
generates Non Conformance reports. (NCR)
记录检验过程中发现的问题和检验结果，记录不合格品，并做不合格品报告；
Monitors
corrective actions to inspection findings.
跟踪不合格品整改措施；
Conducts
supplier´s survey.
做供应商调查；
Assist
the Quality Assurance Manager in the writing of the Company Manual of
Procedures.
协助质量主管完成检验步骤手册；
Updates
job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical
publications.
不断学习进步，完善技能；
Supports
purchasing team in qualifying new suppliers. Performs supplier audits according
to company´s procedures and generates recommendation.
协助采购部寻找，审核和推荐新供应商；
Assist
Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality
management system.
协助供应商建立，执行和维护质量管理体系；
Participates
on the shipment of goods to the USA
and parts labeling.
参与物流，例如，作标签，装箱等；
Perform
other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management.
完成公司临时交给的其它工作；
Develop
good oral and written English kills achieving the ability of communicating
with headquarters without the need of interpreters.
通过努力达到，在没有翻译的情况下，与美国总部沟通的能力，包括，书写和口头表达能力。
