【 岗位职责 】

1. 追踪国际检验标准和技术的变化，建立和更新操作程序文件和检验作业指导书，编制检验培训教材。
2. 研究新产品国际检验标准，开发新产品的检验和测试技术。
3. 参与实验室发展规划，配置检测资源，建立实验室运营体系。
4. 根据产品标准和客户要求，为检验团队提供培训辅导与技术支持，并对检验过程的有效性及报告质量进行评估。
5. 向业务部门及客户提供产品标淮和检验技术咨询。

【 任职要求 】

1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 1年以上相关工作经验，有生产制造业或品质管理经验优先。
3. 英语阅读书写能力良好，英语四级或以上；
4. 具备较强的自我驱动力，优秀的沟通协调及项目管理能力。

【 Job Responsibilities】

1. Track the updates in international inspection standards and technologies, establish and update operating procedure documents and inspection work instructions, and develop inspection training materials.
2. Research international inspection standards for new products and develop corresponding inspection and testing methodologies.
3. Participate in laboratory development planning, allocate testing resources, and establish a laboratory operational system.
4. Provide training and technical support to inspectors based on product standards and customer requirements, and evaluate the effectiveness of the inspection process and report quality.
5. Provide product standards and inspection technical consultation to business departments and customers.

【Job Requirements】

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates with a background in manufacturing or quality control are preferred.
3. Proficient in English reading and writing. CET-4 or above is required.
4. Strong self-motivation, excellent communication and coordination skills, and solid project management capabilities.
