职位描述
1. 负责项目软件相关文档、需求说明、技术方案、会议纪要等资料的含英文文档及审校，确保专业术语准确、表达地道。
Responsible for bilingual translation and review of project software-related documents, including requirements specifications, technical proposals, meeting minutes, etc., ensuring accurate terminology and natural expression in both English and Chinese.
2. 作为项目团队与海外客户、合作伙伴或远程团队的主要项目接口，承担线上/线下会议、技术评审、需求讨论等场景的口译与双向沟通支持。
Serve as the primary language liaison between the project team and overseas clients, partners, or remote teams, providing interpretation and two-way communication support during online/offline meetings, technical reviews, and requirement discussions. 3. 协助项目经理进行跨团队协作，跟进项目进度，翻译并传递关键信息，确保中外双方对需求、节点、变更的理解一致。
Assist the project manager in cross-team coordination, tracking project progress, translating and conveying key information to ensure mutual understanding between Chinese and international parties regarding requirements, milestones, and changes.
4. 参与软件项目全生命周期（需求、开发、测试、交付）中的双语沟通，协助处理涉外邮件、技术问答及项目汇报材料的语言润色。
Participate throughout the software project lifecycle (requirements, development, testing, delivery) in bilingual communication, supporting language refinement for outbound emails, technical Q&A, and project reporting materials. 5. 根据项目需要，整理并维护术语库、常用话术及项目相关的中英文模板，提升团队对外沟通效率。
Compile and maintain a terminology database, standard phrases, and project-related bilingual templates to improve team communication efficiency. 任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，英语翻译、计算机、软件工程或相关专业背景，有软件项目或IT行业经验者优先。

2. 出色的英语听说能力，口语流利、发音清晰，能胜任技术性会议交替传译或陪同翻译，具备与海外客户直接沟通的经验。
Excellent English listening and speaking skills, fluent in spoken English with clear pronunciation, capable of performing consecutive interpreting in technical meetings and directly communicating with overseas clients.
3. 具备扎实的笔译功底，能准确翻译软件需求文档、技术规格、测试报告等专业内容，熟悉软件项目常用术语。
Strong written translation skills, able to accurately translate professional content such as software requirements, technical specifications, and test reports, and familiar with common software project terminology.
4. 了解软件项目开发流程（敏捷/瀑布等），具备良好的沟通协调能力，能主动推动信息同步和问题闭环。
Understanding of software development processes (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), with good communication and coordination abilities, able to proactively drive information alignment and issue resolution. 5. 工作细致、责任心强，具备跨文化沟通意识和抗压能力，能适应项目节奏及灵活的会议时间安排。
Detail-oriented, responsible, culturally aware, and able to work under pressure, adapting to project timelines and flexible meeting schedules.
6.能接受出差。
Willing to travel on business.

- Overseas study or work experience
- CATTI Level 2 or above certification in interpretation or translation
