职位描述：
• Coordinate the launches of the new products from the production plant in collaboration with the R & D center. Lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Owner of the current products in production, responsible to meet all product requirements and the corresponding documentation (plans, specifications, history of modifications).
• Responsible to define, manage and implement product modifications.
• Definition, planning and follow-up validations.
• Customer interface with production plant for modifications/changes activities.
• Support activities of problem solving and analysis.
• Product optimization: looking for opportunities to improve product and process.

职位要求：
• Mechanical Engineer degree.
• Hands on experience in plastic design for automotive through Catia V5
• Proven experience in Automotive 5 years minimum.
• Working knowledge of plastics materials, moulding processes and moulding design.
• Working knowledge in high and low intensity electrical contact and Mold flow mastering
• Working experience with our customers: PSA, Renault, Daimler, GM and FIAT
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
• Interpersonal and people management skills.
• Creativity and analytical skills, projects skills.
