Insrument Cluster BTV

岗位职责：

1. Responsible for requirement analysis, preparation of design and development requirement documents, cooperate with the team to improve technical specifications

2. Carry out project management (plan, schedule, risk, status) of Kombi Instrument system development, follow up, coordinate and implement product development, and meet the delivery requirements of the deliverables at each node of the project.

3. Carry out supplier management for Kombi Instrument system development, control supplier hardware and software development, integration testing and product delivery, and meet technical specifications and project cycle requirements.

4. Familiar with standard specification and diagnostic protocol related to vehicle communication, and define technical specification

5. According to the actual situation of the vehicle, the instrument layout, 3D mathematical part model design and 2D drawing part design are carried out to realize the functional logic of the product, so as to meet the requirements of regulations and relevant standards and practical application

6. Errors analyzing and debugging from different tests, also internal test conducts

7. Functionality needs to be assure regarding electronics and mechanics

8. Samples tracking provided by the Supplier, checking the improvement and the quality agreed

9. Bridge with VWG related to the cockpit strategy or work workshops.

任职要求：

1. Engineering Master degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or similar.

2. Minimum 5 years of working experience at least in automotive industry including supplier industry, well appreciate experience in cockpit interface strategy or Instrument Cluster development, well appreciate experience in VW Group or VW Group suppliers.

3. Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring); Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in all relevant EE related disciplines in theory and exercise; Good team player and communication skills;

4. Familiar with CAN, Ethernet, vehicle BUS communication knowledge; Familiar with the use of CATIA V5/V6, CAD and other software, can carry out data layout analysis and verification; Familiar with Kombi Instrument test requirement;

5. Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory, German is appreciated.
