1. 专业背景要求
本科以上在读，物流管理，供应链管理，交通运输工程等物流相关专业优先。
2. 物流与项目能力
对物流运作有基本认知（运输，仓储，装载，配送等），有参与课程项目或实际项目经验者优先，具备良好的项目执行意识和跨部门协同沟通能力。
3. 物流安全知识
对运输与仓储安全有基本概念，关注车辆碳排放，装载安全，作业安全，合规要求等，有意愿参与安全检查，风险识别，改进建议等相关工作，原则性和责任心强。
4. 数据分析与工具能力
熟练使用数据整理与分析工具（如数据透视表，基础函数），掌握至少一种数据分析工具或语言者优先（如 Power BI/Tableau，Python等），能够支持物流运营数据的统计，可视化和简单建模。
5. 综合素质
学习能力强，逻辑清晰，细致严谨，认真踏实，能在高节奏环境下按时完成任务；具备良好的书面与口头表达能力，能够撰写基础分析报告或汇报材料，有至少8 周全职实习时间保障。
6. Professional Background Requirements
Full-time bachelor’s degree or above (currently enrolled). Majors related to logistics are preferred, such as Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Engineering, etc.
7. Logistics and Project Capabilities
Basic understanding of logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, loading, distribution, etc.). Experience participating in course projects or real-world projects is preferred. Strong awareness of project execution and good cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
8. Logistics Safety Knowledge
Basic concepts of transportation and warehousing safety; attention to vehicle carbon emissions, loading safety, operational safety, compliance requirements, etc. Willing to participate in work related to safety inspections, risk identification, and improvement proposals. Strong sense of principle and responsibility.
9. Data Analysis and Tool Proficiency
Proficient in using data organization and analysis tools (such as pivot tables and basic functions). Experience with at least one data analysis tool or language is preferred (e.g., Power BI/Tableau, Python). Able to support statistics, visualization, and simple modeling of logistics operation data.
10. Overall Competencies
Strong learning ability; clear logic; detail-oriented, rigorous, and reliable; able to complete tasks on time in a fast-paced environment. Good written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting basic analysis reports or presentation materials. Able to commit to at least 8 weeks of full-time internship.
