职位描述
- 岗位职责：
- 负责摄像头模组（CMOS Sensor）的图像质量调优，包括但不限于：自动曝光（AE）、自动白平衡（AWB）、自动对焦（AF）、降噪、色彩还原、锐化等；
- 使用 ISP tuning 工具（如海思、瑞芯微、安霸、富瀚微等平台工具）进行参数调试，优化不同场景下的画质表现；
- 搭建图像质量测试环境，设计测试用例，使用 Imatest、DXO 等工具进行客观指标分析，并结合主观评价进行调优；
- 与硬件工程师配合，完成 sensor 驱动适配与模组选型评估；
- 撰写图像调试报告，建立画质标准体系。
- 任职资格：
- 熟悉图像传感器（CMOS Sensor）工作原理及 ISP 处理流程；
- 了解 3A 算法（AE/AWB/AF）基本原理，有实际 tuning 经验者优先；
- 熟悉 C/C++，能读懂驱动代码，了解 Linux 或 RTOS 环境下的调试方法；
- 具备良好的色彩敏感度和审美能力，能准确判断图像问题；
- 加分项：
- 有海思、瑞芯微、安霸、富瀚微、OV、Sony 等任一平台 tuning 经验；
- 熟悉 Imatest、DXO Analyzer 等图像质量分析工
- 了解光学镜头特性（如 MTF、畸变、色差等）；
- 有双目摄像头、深度相机调试经验者优先。
