职位描述
1、负责公司塑胶模具的设计、开发及生产管理，确保项目按期高质量完成；
2、组织并指导模具团队开展日常生产与技术优化工作，提升整体效率和产品质量；
3、协调跨部门资源，推动模具制造流程的持续改进与创新；
4、制定模具相关的技术标准和管理制度，提升部门管理水平。
【任职要求】
1、机械工程或相关专业背景；
2、10年以上塑胶模具制造经验，具备丰富的现场管理及技术实战能力，要有大厂工作经验，立讯，瑞声，歌尔尤佳；
3、熟悉模具设计、加工及调试流程，有较强的问题分析与解决能力；
4、具有百人以上团队管理经验及能力；
5、具有高端精密模具件的生产管理经验，产品公差在5μ之内；
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理经验，能带领团队完成目标。
