1. 渠道策略与规划
·制定年度贸易营销策略,与品牌、零售和沙龙保持一致
渠道优先级。
·将全球营销计划本地化为适合渠道的激活日历。
·与销售合作,将商业目标转化为店内策略、货架
计划和销售计划。
2. 零售和沙龙活动
·自行策划和执行店内促销活动、季节性活动、
GWPs和POSM部署。
· 确保在丝芙兰、精品店中实现品牌一致的零售故事讲述,

ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Trade Marketing Manager drives omnichannel activation, ensuring consistent brand
execution across offline retail, salons, and key retail partners. The role supports China’s
accelerated offline expansion and enhances consumer conversion at the point of sale, working
closely with brand, sales, education and e‑commerce teams.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Channel Strategy & Planning
• Develop annual trade marketing strategy, aligning with brand, retail and salon
channel priorities.
• Localize global marketing plans into channel-fit activation calendars.
• Partner with Sales to translate commercial goals into in-store strategies, shelf
planning and sell-out initiatives.
2. Retail & Salon Activation
• Own planning and execution of in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns,
GWPs and POSM deployment.
• Ensure brand-consistent retail storytelling across Sephora, boutiques,
department stores and salon partners.
• Collaborate with Education team to integrate training content into consumer
activation moments.
3. Omnichannel Campaign Execution
• Support the alignment of offline and online campaigns to create seamless
consumer journeys.
• Manage 360° activation assets for launch campaigns, coordinating with brand,
digital and EC teams.
4. Trade Assets & POSM Management
• Develop and manage POS materials, display units, counters and visual
merchandising guidelines.
• Track POSM inventory, forecast needs and ensure cost-efficient sourcing.
5. Data & Performance Tracking
• Analyze sell-out performance, ROI of activations and retail KPIs.
• Share insights to optimize future campaigns and channel investment.
• Conduct competitor mapping and trade landscape assessments.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Brand, Education, EC, and Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinate with global/regional marketing to ensure alignment with brand
guidelines.
• Support new store openings and retail expansion initiatives (aligned with China
growth plan).
• Track metrics to optimize conversion funnels (signup → purchase → referral).
• Identify partnership opportunities (e.g., co-marketing integrations).
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of trade marketing / retail activation experience in beauty, FMCG, consumer
electronics, or premium retail.
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising, offline activation and consumer
conversion levers.
• Hands‑on experience managing POSM, retail assets, and store execution.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Fluent Mandarin; working‑level English for cross‑market collaboration.
