物流规划工程师

岗位职责：

1. 根据运作需求，规划生产现场物流布局结构，保障物资流动科学有序。Plan the logistics layout structure of production site according to the requirement of production operation; make sure the transportation of goods and materials are in great order.
2. 规划仓库存储的布局结构，提高仓库的利用率。Plan the layout structure of warehouse storage to improve the utilization of warehouse.
3. 负责制定合理的配送方案，有效降低运输成本。Plan the reasonable scheme of distribution to reduce the logistics cost.
4. 编制物流各个环节的作业指导书。Compile operation instructions of every segment of logistics.
5. 负责项目前期包装、场地、物流费用等报价，制定并实施工厂物流规划方案。Charge for the quotations about the pre-project including prophase packing, place, logistics cost and so on; develop and implement the plant logistics planning
6. 负责制定与评价供应商物流方案，包括车、路线、包装尺寸、工位器具等方面。Planning and commenting the logistics planning of supplies include cars, routines, packing measurement, workplace appliances and so on.
7. 负责公司包装方案的设计与优化。Design and Optimize packaging programs
8. 跟踪客户投诉的处理情况。Check the management of customer complaints
9. 库存原材料与成品存储标准的设计并监控执行。Design and control the storage standard of raw materials and end-product.
10. 负责与供应商签订物流协议、与供应商争议的处理。Sign logistics agreements and solve disputes with suppliers
11. 推进 MMOG-LE在公司的实施，并有效评价实施结果。Prompt the implementation of MMOG-LE and evaluate the effect of implementation.
12. 车间layout规划。Plant layout planning.
素质要求
Qualification Requirements
1.工业工程或物流规划专业,本科以上学历;IE or Logistic planning major, bachelor or above.
2.3年以上汽车行业相关工作经验;More than 3 years relevant working experience in auto industry.
3.会使用CAD 与Catia 绘图软件;Be able to use CAD and Catia software.
4.对生产工艺流程较熟悉，具有丰富的现场物流操作管理经验优先考虑;Be familiar with production flow, and priority to hire someone who have rich logistic operation experience.
5.具备良好的英语交流能力。Have a good English communication ability.
