高级解决方案工程师-售后

主要职责 / Principal Duties & Responsibilities
· 为售后物料更换识别并确认准确的备件料号，提供合理替代方案。
· 为售后改造项目提供技术方案支持，包括但不限于节能、降噪、防腐、扩容及可维护性提升。
· 为改造项目提供选型、系统布局、噪音分析及投资回报分析。
· 在 ETO 流程中衔接销售与工程、制造、物流、财务等部门，推进非标项目执行。
· 负责非标 ETO 技术报价及运费测算支持。
· 为客户提供设备运行、使用和维护方面的培训和技术支持。
· 对现场复杂设备故障进行技术诊断并制定维修解决方案。
· 推动现场服务工作的标准化，包括热力性能测试、噪音测试、振动分析及动平衡等。
· 为销售团队和现场服务人员提供产品及应用培训。
· 为其他应用工程师提供技术指导、经验传承及专业培训。
· Identify correct spare part numbers for aftermarket replacement and propose suitable alternatives
· Provide technical support and solutions for retrofit projects (energy efficiency, noise reduction, corrosion protection, capacity upgrade, maintainability improvement, etc.)
· Support system selection, layout optimization, noise analysis, and ROI evaluation for retrofit projects
· Act as a technical interface in the ETO process, connecting sales with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and finance
· Support technical and freight quotation for non-standard ETO projects
· Provide technical training and support on equipment operation, usage, and maintenance
· Diagnose complex field equipment issues and propose repair solutions
· Standardize on-site service activities including thermal performance testing, noise testing, vibration analysis, and dynamic balancing
· Deliver product and application training to sales and field service teams
· Build and develop the aftermarket application engineering team, including recruitment and capability development
· Provide ongoing technical guidance and training to application engineers
专业能力及任职要求/ Functional Competencies
· 逻辑清晰，具有很强的分析与问题解决能力，具备较强的自我学习能力和持续提升意识
· 兼具创新思维与工程实践理性，能够在可行性边界内提出解决方案
· 能够系统性应用工程基础理论解决实际工程问题，能平衡理论分析与实验验证，评估技术方案的经济性
· 具备清晰的技术报告撰写及对多层级人员的演示能力
· 具备良好的跨职能团队协作意识和知识分享意愿
· 具备暖通空调及制冷行业经验者优先
· 具备产品应用、系统设计或工程设计经验者优先
· 具备较强动手能力，有现场安装、调试及测试经验者优先
· 具备机械传动相关知识（皮带传动、齿轮传动等），熟悉流体机械基础（风机、水泵等），具备电气及控制系统基本认知
· 具备暖通空调及制冷行业经验者优先
· 本科及以上学历，相关工程专业（机械设计制造、机电一体化、热能与动力工程、暖通空调、化工过程装备等）
· 10 年以上相关行业工程技术工作经10 年以上相关行业工程技术工作经验
