1. Establish PQA personnel skill matrix, implement training and certification, and improve personnel skills
建立PQA人员技能需求矩阵，培训和考核落实，提升人员技能；
2.Effectively identify the risk of the process, strengthen the quality control, and continue to promote the yield improvement action through cross department cooperation to achieve the yield target.
有效识别制程的风险性，加强质量管控，跨部门合作持续推动良率改善行动，达成良率目标
3. Follow up process quality OCAP implementation
跟踪过程品质异常的处理机制落实
4.Execute LPA plan and review audit findings weekly, push audit findings to closure
执行分层审核计划，每周审视稽核问题点，推动问题点关闭
5. Monitor factory quality performance. Identify risk point ,optimize control plan .
监控产品品质绩效，识别风险点优化控制计划
6.Lead the program evaluation of the traceability system and supervise the import progress
主导追溯系统的方案评估、监督导入进度
7.Promote and implement the on-board Smart Quality project
车载Smart Quality 项目推进与实施导入
8. MES system related quality control maintenance training
MES系统相关的品质卡控维护培训
9. Co-work with PQM to deal customer complaint .promote in plant process improvement and standardization promotion 与PQM 合作处理客诉。推动厂内制程改善和标准化推广。
10.Build quality culture，improve quality awareness of all staff .
建立品质文化,提升全员品质意识。
11.Identify CTQ for each process and set up control plan .
识别制程品质关键建立控制计划。
12. Lead the line qualification of general and Copy line, line/site changes
主导通用及Copy line、线体/场地变更时的验收

职责要求：

1. Be Honesty, Diligence, Hardworking, Committed, Be responsible, With good moral and personality.

2. 2 years+ working experienced in PCB/FPC/CCS fabrication process quality control.
2. 2年以上PCB/FPC/CCS制造工艺质量控制经验。
3. 2 years+ working experience in dealing with customer quality at least.
3.2年以上客户质量处理经验。
4. Familiar with Quality tools, 6 sigma, RoHS Directive, IPC-6013/610, 8 D, MSA, and ISO9001/IATF 16949 etc.
4. 熟悉质量工具，6 sigma, RoHS指令，IPC-6013/610, 8d, MSA, ISO9001,IATF 16949 等。
5. Good presentation skills.
5. 有良好的表达能力。
6. Good computer skills: Familiar with Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
6. 良好的计算机技能:熟悉Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint。
7. Good English communication both in writing and spoken.

9. Bachelor degree preferred in Electronic or mechanical engineering;
