SMT工艺经理（新能源）

1.全面负责团队FA项目的交期和良率/效率；
Overall responsible for team FA project delivery and yield/efficiency;
2.组织及领导团队KPI制定和可持续的改善（如制程优化/工时/自动化优化等）；
Organize and lead set KPI and continuous improvement (Not only inproductivity,quality，cost eduction and motivation);
3.FA前期&生产过程当中识别客户设计风险并推动解决，形成lesson learnt和建立标准化工作文件；
Identify customer design risks in FA stage and promote solutions andsummary lesson learnt and design and process standward;
4.具备带领团队解决客诉&客户稽核的对接管理；
Lead team to solve customer complaints and customer audit;
5.精通并能运用SPC统计管控制程解决问题；
Proficient and able to solve problems with SPC;
6. 负责对下属的培训，制定下属的各项工作,负责对下属的绩效进行评估，给予一定的奖惩措施，提升团队的整体能力；
Responsible for the training of subordinates, formulate the work of subordinates, evaluate the performance of subordinates, give certain rewards and punishments, and improve the overall ability of the team ;
7.负责DOE/客诉等报告的审核；
Responsible to the DOE and Customer complaint report review ;
8.新工艺，新设备和新材料评估，制定工艺路线. 为公司可持续发展提供技术储备；
Responsible for new technology, new equipment and new materials validation, set up process road map for continous study;
9.及时完成上级安排的各项工作 。
Timely completion of the assignment from department manager.
要求：
1.本科及以上学历，有经验者可适当放宽学历要求；
Bachelor degree or above, experienced people can relax the educational requirements;
2.SMT工艺8年以上新工艺试产管理经历，熟悉整个制程，其中5年以上的管理经验
More than 8 years of SMT process of new production experience, familiar with process, including more than 5 years of management experience;
3.熟悉ISO9001或TS16949 程序/IATF 16949，熟练掌握FMEA，控制计划，SPC，DOE； 黑带/绿带SPC 优先；
Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949 /IATF 16949, master with FMEA, control plan, SPC, DOE;BB/GB for SPC the *** ;
4.优秀的英语听说读写能力及计算机技能:熟练运用Excel, Word,PowerPoint；
Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and computer skills: proficient in Excel, Word,PowerPoint
5.优秀的团队领导能力及沟通能力；为人诚实、细心、认真、勤奋、敬业、有责任心、抗压能力强；
Good team leadership and communication skills; Honest, careful, serious, diligent, dedicated, responsible, strong ability to work under pressure;
