工作职责:
1 聚焦汽车营销和运营管理领域,精确把握客户需求,展开相关调研,并对项目需要的理论进行资料研究,综合运用定性和定量研究方法,建立理论应用模型;
2 深入客户现场了解运营管理,诊断、分析、界定客户关键业务问题,并设计解决方案,提供相配套的辅导、培训:为销售团队传授销售知识和技能,提供当地销售策略和执行的指导等;
3 监督销售流程,按主机厂的运作标准配备和部署项目的实施过程,帮助和监督销售顾问执行规范、达到目标***化;
4 参与项目小组的内部沟通及项目培训,把握工作方向和关键节点,确保项目顺利执行;
5 按照项目要求提交规定的项目报告、总结汇报等。
职位要求:
1 对于市场营销或企业建设领域具有一定的专业和经验积淀;熟悉汽车经销商销售和服务流程;
2 较高的冲突管理能力和创造性解决问题能力;
3 有培训能力和经验,并具备课件开发能力;
4 善于沟通及陈述表达,具备较强的求知欲及学习能力;
5 能熟练使用office软件(excel-ppt);
6 具备英语沟通能力,能适应出差;
7 有相关专业咨询/培训或内部培训经验者优先。
