Your Role:
In this dynamic role, you will:

• Research & Analysis: Gather, compile, and analyze relevant market and customer data to support strategic decision-making.
• Order & Contract Management: Organize and maintain records of orders and contracts, analyze data, and generate insightful reports for company management.
• Digital Presence: Update the company website and post regularly on LinkedIn and other professional social networks to enhance our online presence.
• Document Management: Organize, update, and file quality and technical product documents to ensure easy access for the team.
• Customer Support: Complete customer questionnaires and provide accurate responses based on company standards.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare contracts and import/export documents, liaising with relevant departments to obtain necessary certificates and ensure compliance.
• Order Execution: Manage and monitor the execution of orders, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
• Sample Management: Coordinate and organize the delivery of product samples to customers.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on other tasks assigned by the company as needed to support overall operations.
