施工工程师

Main duties & responsibilities:

■ Provide technical assistance and support to contractors to ensure the proper understanding and application of AL standards and procedures and CDI requirement;

■ Participating in the drawing review and provide the constructive suggestion to the Design team, and keep follow up

■ Assist SM for the preparation of documentation on his/her discipline filed

■ Receive, inspect and hand-over E&C CHN equipment and materials to contractors;

■ Perform safety control, and delivery safety events report,(PSSI, near miss), BSV, ACT implementation

■ HSES Leadership essentials & Act QHSE commitment, animate and co-ordinate HSE activities, attend the Safety meeting, safety walk, safety talk, HSE minute & toolbox talk, have the authority to notify any contractor to immediately suspend its work or part of its work if the hazard in question constitutes a serious and immediate threat to the safety of persons or property;

■ Perform quality inspections and report on non-compliance;

■ Up-date and maintain project site documentation in his discipline, propose evolution to codes and standards related to construction works;

■ Collect, check and report actual work data from contractors in order to establish progress report;

■ Participate to CCI activities with the acceptance of works and related punch lists;

■ Have the authority to request quality controls compliance with ITP and test pack, to check, inspect witnesses, approve or reject work or part of work.

■ GDSR & EIS & PID checking, Internal cleanliness control for the required pipelines

■ Useful Quantitative collection for the discipline part
Discipline capitalization for the completed projects (Before demobilization) with constructive information & experience shared for the input of next project

Qualifications:

■ Bachelor degree in engineering (chemical / mechanical) or above;

■ Basic knowledge of related construction methods (such as steel structure, Cryogenic and high temperature piping installation, machine and equipment installation, FBT erection, etc..);

■ At least 6 years experience in site construction;

■ Good organization and coordination skills, capacity of independent working;

■ Accept site work and long term travel;

■ Positive attitude and strong sense of team spirit

■ English for both written and spoken parts.
