Customer Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Define and maintain quality control system (e.g. policies, procedures, master samples, reports, drawings, analytical methods, specifications, SPC etc.)
Support project teams on the effective ramp-up of new project (e.g. assessment, initial sample report, PPAP documentation, measurement and test report, customer special requirements etc.)
Perform the process quality control and support the quality inspector to solve the daily process quality issue
Scrap management which including the daily & monthly scrap report/analysis and following up the related corrective actions
Provide support and training to QA personnel on the quality control process (e.g. roles, tools, tracking, standard, responsibilities, etc.) & perform the OJT assessment
Maintain the internal & external lesson learned system
Issue the quality alert
Maintain the error proofing system
Define the process quality work instruction
Issue the supplier 8D report
Lead the product audit
Lead the VDA6.3 process audit
Lead the quality continuous improvement
