一、 职位描述
1. 负责开拓新客户,维护现有客户关系,达成销售目标。
· Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
2. 深入了解公司产品与服务,为客户提供定制化解决方案。
· Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to deliver customized solutions to clients.
3. 参与市场调研,分析竞争对手动态,制定有效的销售策略。
· Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and develop effective sales strategies.
4. 协助团队完成销售计划,定期汇报销售业绩与市场反馈。
· Collaborate with the team to execute sales plans and regularly report on sales performance and market feedback.
5. 参与行业展会及客户活动,提升公司品牌影响力。
· Participate in industry exhibitions and client events to enhance company brand visibility.
二、 职位要求
1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、商务或相关专业优先。
· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. 至少3年以上销售经验,有航空行业背景者优先。
· Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the civil aviation industry.
3. 出色的沟通与谈判能力,具备较强的客户关系管理能力。
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong client relationship management abilities.
4. 结果导向,能独立工作并具备团队合作精神。
· Results-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
5. 能适应出差及灵活的工作安排。
· Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work arrangements.
6.有民航相关行业的销售工作经验优先考虑。
· Prior sales experience in the civil aviation industry is preferred.
