任职资格

1. 大学英语4级以上或有海外留学经历
2. 2年相关工作经验。质量或技术背景从优
3. 善于学习，动手能力强。可承受一定工作压力
4. 熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work with customer services to

· Receive & transfer drawings & engineering data

· Translate customer drawings/specifications as needed

· Prepare quote excel sheet and submit it to customers

· Receive & confirm customer purchase orders

· Contract review for customer orders

· Provide open orders status to customers

· Prepare shipping documents and organize carriers to ensure on time delivered to customers

· Perform other customer services tasks as requested

1. Support Quality to

· Communicate & deal with customers for quality related questions & complaints. Provide required non-conformance reports of containment, root cause analysis and corrective actions

· Help micro-section lab. to prepare and inspect pcbs.

· Assist quality engineer to prepare First Article Inspection reports

· Prepare inspection data packager for shipment

· Prepare quality package for the monthly management review meetings
