日语N1日语客服
1.Receive customer orders, clarify order details, identify and resolve with the other functions any master data and system configuration errors affecting the OTC process if any, in order to make sure sales orders (and subsequent orders) are correctly generated in SAP.
2.Respond effectively to enquiries from customers and sales. Provide required confirmation and documents, and update customers with the order status timely. Pre-alert and communicate with the customers/sales about any adjustments and changes which will cause impact on them.
3.Manage deliveries in line with customer expectations, liaising with logistics and other supply chain contacts. Handle shipping advise and documentation for customers‘ product receipt.
4.Perform and coordinate order to cash transactions in SAP to recognize revenue in time, in compliance with business models. Work with finance and credit teams to solve payment issues when necessary. Ensure all customer records, order/shipment and financial adjustment documents are kept up to date for audit purposes.
5.Deal with special orders and billing based on internal & external control policies.
5.Record and update customers’ requirements and complaints. Internally coordinate with other functions to drive for the follow up actions and improvement. Ensure working instructions for designated customers’ order process are documented and updated. Take lead in process change activities where necessary.
6.Keep and update order and other sales data/report for performance review and support to other functions, and be able to analyze data to provide suggestion or solution.
7.Take on a variety of additional tasks as delegated and be able to coordinate the team in cross functional projects, provide support for other members of the team and back up as required.
Knowledge, Experiences, Skills:
1.Proven customer service, trade or logistics experience (practice of letter of credit is required for export transactions) and an ability to liaise with different contacts
2.Good communication and problem solving skills
3.Data driven with good analytical skills
4.Good command of oral & written Japanese &English
5.Independence and teamwork spirit
6.Open to new processes/process improvements and good at learning
7.PC skills – familiar with electronic communication, competent on Excel, Word and Power point
8.SAP, basic finance/tax experience would be advantages
9.An ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
10.A pro-active and flexible attitude
11.An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines when required
Relevant work experience: 3 years and above
