Job Specification 1. Assist general manager to deal with daily work; arrange the schedule for GM; 2. Help track and implement all the work that the leader arranged; 3. Arrange and coordinate meetings inside and outside BBDC that GM participated, prepare related documents, complete meeting minutes; 4. Receive business telephone,fax; receive and send letters and emails; 5. Receive guests and colleague that calling in; 6. Arrange business travel and pre booking work; 7. Other tasks assigned by General Manager. Qualification Requirement 1.Bachelor degree or above; 2.5 years and above in relevant working experience, understand the production process is preferred; 3.Fluent in English, spoken and written, German is preferred; 4.Proficient in computer applications- Word, Excel, PPT etc. 5.Smart, independent work ability, good team work, good communication, coordination and writing.
