职位描述
2. To compile weekly & monthly sales data of individual customer(s) handling to the Business Account Manager.
3. Able to coordinate internally to ensure that customer’s needs are met.
4. To respond to customers’ emails within 24 hours.
5. Receive feedback, overcoming customer indifference, supporting and resolving customer’s concerns.
6. Responsible for updating customers with the latest delivery schedule.
7. Provide monthly updated forecast to Planner.
8. Able to make use of SAP software in issuing of all types of orders.
9. Conduct regular customer visits, to maintain customer relationship management and gather new information (customer’s and competitor’s direction).
10. Maintain customer projects database.
11. Provide customers with weekly inventory status and to resolve all liability issue when necessary.
12. To resolve A/R issues, when necessary.
13. Maintain timeliness and quality of work at all times
