供应商开发/高级采购员

(一) 岗位概述：Position summary
1. 根据需求和要求，为希卡姆（Sicame）全球各地的实体寻找并开发合适的中国供应商。
Find and develop suitable Chinese
suppliers for Sicame entities from all over the world according to demands and
requirements.
2. 管理和跟踪询价单。
Manage and follow Requests for
Quotation
3. 处理集团公司与供应商相关的各种问题。
Handle different issues with
suppliers for group companies relating to suppliers.
4. 维护数据库并编制报告。
Maintain the
Database and make reports.
(二) 岗位职责：Main duties and responsibilities
1. 作为集团采购团队的一员，为集团内所有子公司的采购需求寻找合适的供应商。
Be a member of the group purchasing
team, develop right suppliers for the enquiries from all subsidiaries in the
group.
2. 供应商管理维护、评估。
Supplier management maintenance, assessment.
3. 持续寻找替代资源作为备用。
Keep seeking alternative resources to benchmark as a
backup.
4. 执行成本分析。
Execute cost analysis by commodity.
5. 跟进采购订单的执行情况，确保产品能按时交付。
Follow up the purchasing order
good execution, ensure the products are delivered on time.
6. 文件及日常记录的整理。
Well organized on documents and daily records.
7. 其他职责根据部门发展情况进行分配，能够在亚太地区担任商品采购负责人一职。
Other responsibilities distributed according to
development of the department, can play a role of commodity lead buyer within
APAC region
8. 完成上级委派的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
三、工作时间与环境 Working time & Environment
工作时间：遵循公司正常班制度，必要时需加班。
Working Time: Normal working time under company rules, sometimes need appropriate work
overtime.
工作环境： 主要在办公室开展工作，但需要定期前往中国各地的供应商处进行业务往来。
Work Environment: Mainly in the office, but regular
business trips in China to Suppliers need to be done.
四、任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 学历： 本科
Bachelor’s degree.
2. 技能: Skills
1) 较强的谈判能力
Strong negotiation skills.
2) 成本分析能力
Cost analysis.
3) 英语沟通流畅
Good communication on English.
4) 需要有驾照
Driving license is required.
3. 经验：六年采购经验，均在国际环境中积累。
6 years of sourcing experiences, in international context.
4. 能力：具备较强的问题解决能力、沟通协作能力、学习能力；工作细致、责任心强，能承受一定工作压力。
Ability:
Possess strong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration
abilities, and learning capabilities; Work meticulously, have a strong sense of
responsibility, and can withstand certain work pressure.
5. 适应随时出差的需求。
Flexible business trips.
6. 其他素质：Other qualities

An experience in automotive would be a plus.
