质量控制工程师 QC Engineer

Job details工作内容:
* Routine Inspection:Incoming material and semi-finished products inspection include microstructure,various hardness,chemistry,mechanical properties and crack detection.etc.
常规检验：来料和半成品检验，包括金相检查，各类硬度检查，化学成分，力学性能和探伤等。
* Customer claim: Deal with internal and external customer complain,analyze the defect part to find root cause and delivery report.
客户投诉：处理内部和外部的客户投诉，分析失效根本原因并且发出报告。
* Testing: Support process department with new process, new product and new supplier test, including sample preparing,hardness,metallographic inspection, toughness,and dimensional investigations and so on.
测试：协助技术和生产部门完成新工艺，新产品，新供应商的测试，包含准备样品，硬度测试，金相检验，冲击韧性测试，直径和椭圆度测试等。
* Others: Draft working instruction and inspection specifications,train inspectors, and other mission assigned by manager.
其他：起草操作指导书和检验规范，培训检验员，和其他领导安排的工作。

Background任职要求:
* Bachelor degree in Metal Material,Hot Drawing and Metal Pressure Processing Specialtyother or relative engineering.
金属材料、热处理及金属压力加工或其他相关专业本科。
* Basic knowledge of quality control基本的质量控制概念。
* At least 1-2 years experiences of manufacturing company or lab,be familiar with microstructure inspection.
至少1-2年工厂或实验室工作经验，熟悉金相检查。
* General skills in English,can write report基本的英文技能，可以书写报告。
