Process Engineer_Electronic Solution

Job Responsibilities:
1. Electronic solutions define based on customer requirement including signal test, switchable glass electrical control
2. Technical information exchange with R&D, Competence Center, CRDC, SGSx, Technical assistants, for all plants
3. New inspection solution study and benchmark the market
4. Electronic control industrialization solution development
5. Switchable film and display film electrical control design & validation and implement
6. LIG product & electrical driving unit development and industrialization
7. Strong support in case of quality issue. Help in 8D analysis and give feedback on CP, FEMA,WI……
8. Design of experiments in order to improve safety, quality, performance
9. Supporting Dev. & PE team, help for the problem solving
10. Cost saving by optimizing process and material
11. Comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
Job Requirements:
1. Education background: Bachelor’s degree and major in electronics and electrical
2. Working experience: 3 Years
3. Professional Skill: electronic or electrical Base, simulation skill preferred
4. Language Skill: Fluent English both in oral and in writing.
5. Computer Skill: Basic
6. Personality: Social influencers
