Main Responsibilities: 1. Manage employee's onboarding / transfer in & out / separation; 2. Social insurance and housing fund data submission, checking and analysis, Commercial insurance data management; 3. Coordination internal communication between management team and staff. Provide professional advice and service to internal customers. 4. Monthly HR report; 5. Recruiting Support, Interview scheduling & further arrangement& prepare job offer materials; 6. Employment Contract management, Probation Appraisal Management. 7. Other HR related assignments.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource, Business Administration or English. 2. More than 3 years of HR working experience in multinational company. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin. 4. Familiarity with Word/Excel/PowerPoint and ability to learn new software. 5. Experience/knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus. 6. Fast learner and good interpersonal skills.
