国产化采购工程师-机械 Mechanical Sourcing Engineer

Position Overview：
Responsible for mechanical supplier management, procurement strategies development, cost analysis & control, and contract management. Be responsible for sourcing and localizing new mechanical parts and NPI project management.
Collaborates with the R&D team to participate in the development of new products, ensuring to achieve cost target, manufacturing feasibility, etc.
主要负责机构件供应商的管理，采购策略的制定，成本分析和控制以及合同管理的工作。并对新导入的机械零部件进行寻源/国产化以及NPI项目的管理工作。与研发团队合作，支持新产品研发，确保新产品的成本和可制造性等满足需求。
Main Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for developing and driving to implement mechanical commodities procurement strategy, such as sheet metal, machining, casting, extrusion, fasteners, etc.
主要负责制定并主导实施机械品类物料的采购战略， 例如： 钣金，机加工，铸造，铝挤出以及紧固件等产品。
2. Responsible for supplier daily management, including supplier relationship management, performance management, contract management and cooperation etc. To make sure supply smoothly with reasonable price. Work with Quality, Supply Chain and technical team to improve supplier’s OTD, solve material/process/quality issues.
负责供应商日常管理 , 包含供应商关系管理，绩效管理，合同管理和合作等, 确保产品供应顺畅，成本合理。与质量，供应链以及技术部门配合来提高供应商准时交货率，协助供应商解决与产品有关的材料，工艺和质量问题。
3. Responsible for sourcing new suppliers, working with Quality, Supply Chain and technical team to perform new supplier qualification and onboarding process.
负责寻找新供应商, 并与质量, 技术以及供应链团队针对新供应商做审核和导入认证。
4. Able to read technical drawings; understand different manufacturing processes and choose the best according to components function, quality, cost, etc. Able to make technical discussion with R&D team to optimize the design to improve the part quality and lower down the cost.
可以阅读技术图纸， 理解不同的加工工艺并根据零部件的功能选择最优工艺。可以与研发部门展开技术讨论优化产品设计以提高本地供应商产品质量，降低成本。
5. Responsible for NPI project management, make sure projects to be introduced to mass production as planned.
负责NPI项目管理，确保项目按时转入量产
Main Requirements：
1. 5 years mechanical sourcing engineering experience in manufacturing industry. Global sourcing experience in foreign companies is preferred.
5年以上相关制造业采购/国产化工作经验。有外企 全球采购工作经验者优先.
2. Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
本科学历，机械工程或者制造工程等相关专业
3. Familiar with supplier management, material, manufacturing process and cost analysis.
熟悉供应商管理, 材料, 生产工艺和成本分析
4. Fluent English spoken and written skill, good communication skills & collaboration spirit, proactive, self-awareness and responsible.
流利的英语听说读写能力，优秀的沟通技巧和团队配合精神。积极主动，自我觉知/改进和负责任的工作态度。
