高级财务经理

Responsibilities：
工作职责
1. Familiar with foreign trade accounting process , complete the financial processing and accounting independently.
熟悉外贸会计处理流程及方法，独立完成财务处理及核算；
2. Monthly and Year-End Closing: Ensure accurate and prompt closing of books of accounts.
月度及年终结账：确保及时、准确地完成结账工作。
3. Financial Reporting: Compile financial statements, reports, and declarations as required by the group and government.
财务报告：按照集团和政府的要求编制财务报表、报告和声明。
4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Provide yearly budgets and monthly forecasts for the Group.
预算编制与预测：提供年度预算及每月预测报告。
5. Financial Review: Oversee the company's payments, cost control, budgeting, and financial revenue and expenditure.
财务审核：全面监督公司的支付管理、成本控制、预算编制以及财务收支状况，确保其合规性和合理性。
6. Process Development: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the finance department and manage risk.
流程优化：为财务部门设计并完善标准操作程序（SOP），同时确保风险得到有效管控。
7. Financial Management: Manage the overall financial operations of the finance department.
财务管理：全面负责财务部门各项财务事务的规划、执行与监督，确保部门运作高效有序。
8. Tax Management: Complete yearly fiscal tax reductions and allowances.
税务管理：负责落实年度财政税收的减免政策及补贴申请工作，确保相关流程合规高效。
9. Responsible for quarterly and annual financial audit.
负责财务季度、年度审计工作
Qualifications for the position：
任职资格
1. Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent.
持有会计学相关专业学位，或具备 ACCA/CPA/CA 等国际认可的专业资格认证，或拥有其他同等学历背景。
2. Minimum 10 years of accounting experience with managerial experience of at least 4-5 years.
需具备至少 10 年的会计领域相关工作经验，同时拥有不少于 4-5 年的管理岗位实践经验。
3. Prior experience in MNC environment will be highly advantageous.
拥有在跨国公司工作的相关经验.
4. SAP experience will be preferred
会使用SAP
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
熟练使用Word和Excel工具
6. Excellent communication and expression skills， excellent oral English skills.
具备良好的沟通表达能力以及出色的英语口语表达能力
