I. [Job Responsibilities]
You will assist the marketing department in daily operations and the execution of various marketing activities, including:
1. Marketing Activity Execution: Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing promotion activities, exhibitions, PR events, etc., including preliminary preparations, on-site coordination, and post-event review and summarization.
2. New Media Operations: Participate in content planning, copywriting, layout publishing, and fan interaction for official social media accounts (WeChat Official Account, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.) to enhance brand influence.
3. Promotional Material Production: Assist in designing and producing various promotional materials, posters, roll-up banners, etc., and follow up on the printing and distribution processes (Proficiency in design tools like PS/Canva is a plus).
4. Market Research & Analysis: Collect and organize industry trends, competitor information, and customer feedback; assist in basic data statistics and analysis to support decision-making.
5. Internal & External Communication and Coordination: Assist in maintaining relationships with media, suppliers, and cross-industry partners; responsible for internal departmental tasks such as contract processing, file organization, and meeting arrangements.
6. Assist in coordinating and overseeing brand sales and inventory statistics.
7. Other Support: Complete other various tasks assigned by superiors.
II. [Job Requirements]
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, any major is welcome (Majors in Marketing, Journalism & Communication, Advertising, Languages, etc., are preferred).
2. Experience: Excellent fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with internship experience in marketing promotion, new media operations, event planning, etc., are preferred.
3. Skills:
· Writing Skills: Excellent copywriting ability, capable of independently writing event plans, press releases, and new media articles.
· Language Skills: Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus (e.g., English CET-6 or above, capable of basic business communication and written translation).
· Office Software: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), especially data processing skills in Excel.
· Design/Editing Skills: Familiarity with common layout tools (e.g., Xiuxiu), graphic design software (e.g., Canva/PS), or video editing software (e.g., CapCut) is a significant plus.
4. Personal Attributes:
· Communication Skills: Outgoing personality, articulate, with strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
· Execution & Resilience: Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, capable of adapting to a fast-paced work environment, strong resilience to pressure. Willingness to travel occasionally is a plus.
