职位描述
As a Senior Creative Artworker, you will be responsible for translating creative concepts to visually stunning artworks that meetsboth artistic and technical standards. You will collaborate closely with our design team and clients to ensure that all artwork produced aligns with brand guidelines, project requirements and print capabilities. You will also play a support role in production and absence of the Account Manager or PPM.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Creative Innovation: Bring your creative insight to suggest improvements, enhancements, or visual opportunities during the artwork process.
• Creative Execution: Support the design team in bringing visuals ideas to life.
• Indepth Content Input: Transfer of complex content from client inputs to artwork layouts.
• Pre Flight: Technical dielines and files FFU
• Artwork Production: Create high-quality artwork for packaging designs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of production.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant software to execute complex artwork tasks such as die-lines, print-ready files, and mock-ups.Proficient in MS Office apps : Excel, Word.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, account managers, and clients to understand project briefs and translate creative concepts into effective designs.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on artwork to ensure it meets specifications, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• File Preparation: Build precise mechanicals and print-ready files that adhere to die-lines, legal requirements and print specifications.
• Support: Account Management /PPM back up when team members are absent.
• Assist with uploading to client DAM’s
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.
• Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to our projects.
Competencies Required
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Art, or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years minimum) as a Creative Artworker or similar role in a packaging design or related industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in packaging design and artwork.
• Excellent knowledge of print production processes, colour management, and typography.
• Ability work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
