安全生产设备维护非金属矿物制品业
- Job Description:
- Manage the production team with the goal developing the team and the skills.
- Ensure the quality of the production to ensure it is on-spec, aiming at always optimizing the consistency of production.
- Plan and accomplish production to meet the sales demand as communicated by Supply Chain, aiming at the highest asset utilization and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure material is shipped on-time according to the production plan.
- Develop a maintenance plan and maintain the equipment in good condition.
- Plan Activated Carbon and Ion Exchange Resins feed materials for the operations. Develop the purchase specifications with the Supply Chain and Quality Managers and submit the purchase requests to the Supply Chain Manager.
- Balance stock levels to optimize working capital and manage storage in the warehouse – in cooperation with the Supply Chain Manager.
- Report KPIs regularly and proactively about production performance – in cooperation with the Quality Manager.
- Coordinate investigations of customer complaints, devise and implement corrective actions and provide response to customers – in cooperation with the Quality Manager
- Propose and develop improvements to the operation and equipment - in cooperation with the technical experts in Jacobi Group.
- Lead the implementation of the production of new products or products transferred from other factories.
- Proactively carry out additional tasks as required in support of the China operation and for the development of the business.
- Understanding of Corporate Safety Guidelines.
- Implement the Corporate Safety Program to build and develop a safe work environment.
- Provide Safety Training for Management and Employees.
- Drive safety forward on a day to day basis to minimise the risk for our employees.
- Understand the Safety regulations and requirements within China.
- Ensure the company meets local regulations for safety.
- Oversee accident investigation and ensure corrective action implementation.
- Implement environmental policy and tools following group objectives and local regulations.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required, chemical engineering preferred.
- At least 5 years experience as process engineer or production manager Safety knowledge
- Language skill: Fluent oral and written English and Chinese required.
- Computer skill: Office software Effective team player
- Occasional travel is needed
