1. Performing the 3D design of railway battery system,
including box, cabling and battery kits.
2. Good communication with the customer to make the technic proposal
approved.
3. Preparing the type tests procedures and following up the test results.
4. Work with the supplier to make the design to product.
5. Following up the technic issues in FAI and series production.
6. Support the technical discussion with the customer in bidding project.
7.Develop project deliverables, such as FEA report, clarifications,
assembly WI，torque list, MM, etc.
1. 进行铁路电池系统的3D设计，包括箱体、布线和电池套件。
2、与客户有良好的沟通，使技术方案获得批准。
3.编制型式试验规程并跟进试验结果。
4.与供应商合作，对产品进行设计。
5. 跟进FAI和批量生产中的技术问题。
6、支持在招投标项目中与客户进行技术讨论。
7.制定项目成果，如FEA报告、澄清、装配WI、扭矩清单、MM等。

具体：
1.Battery system conception design in bidding project
- 审查客户的要求和规格，并提供定制的技术解决方案。
- 与应用工程师密切合作，完成技术报价;
- 注意技术报价的成本效益;
2. Detailed design of battery system
- 执行电池系统的 3D 设计（电池盒的机械结构、布线和电池套件布局）;
- 为生产提供 2D 图纸;
- 准备型式试验程序;
- 执行验证程序（机械强度有限元分析计算、固定资产投资和现场审核）;
- 开发项目可交付成果，如工作指导书、测试程序、包装WI、MM、扭矩列表等。

3.3. Attending the FAIs and validate the design;
- 参加与电池系统相关的FAI;
- 与箱体供应商紧密合作，使生产顺利进行;
- 持续优化设计;
- 支持FAI后的客户索赔。

4. Technical support to the whole project team
- 审查箱体供应商的焊接图纸;
- 支持和监控箱体制造过程（与表面处理、涂装等有关）;
- 支持质量和售后团队找到缺陷的根本原因。
- 管理经验的回归。

要求：
Bachelor degree is a must;
Major in Mechanical design, mechatronics or related,
CET-4 ro above;
≥ 3 years of experience in mechanical design position;

要求有重型机械，大件物，沉重物的产品或相关行业经验
