销售经理-活性物(homebase)
岗位职责:
1.开发新客户,实现销售目标,包括但不限于妆品品牌商、化妆品OEM代工厂客户;
2.拜访大客户,了解并找出他们的需求和要求,开拓化-深度理解客户配方需求与技术痛点,并联合技术团队定制方案;
3.通过内部各职能部门,包括技术、市场、供应链等,为客户提供及时、成功的解决方案;
4.与销售团队合作一起完成业务目标;
5.建立并维护与现有客户的良好关系;
6.管理与日常业务相关的所有细节,从预测、交付到分析;
7.识别和分析竞争对手的价格、产品、营销策略和技术开发计划;
8.收集分析终端用户营销信息,筛选潜在明星。
职位要求:
1.本科及以上学历,生物、化学、药学专业;
2.五年以上活性物功效性原料的市场拓展与销售工作经验;
3.熟悉华东区域化妆品原料市场及行业客户,有相关客户资源者优先;
4.工作认真负责、积极主动,具有良好的业务开拓能力和沟通交流能力;
5.优秀的口头和书面沟通能力,有产品赋能故事能力优先;
6.可接受经常出差。
