职位描述
主要工作职责：
平台与系统补丁管理
- 根据企业安全与合规规范，管理和执行服务器及平台的补丁更新，确保系统稳定并满足审计要求
- 熟悉 Windows Server、Linux（RHEL）以及 AKS 等平台的补丁流程，包括节点补丁和容器重新部署
- 设计、规划、执行、验证并记录跨环境的补丁活动，涵盖预生产测试和生产环境发布
- 与系统及服务器负责人透明协调并沟通补丁计划，合理安排维护窗口，以最小化对业务的影响
- 监控补丁状态与进度，进行风险评估和回滚预案制定，并与技术专家协作，在约定时间内解决补丁相关问题
自动化与运营集成
- 具备使用脚本、基础设施即代码（IaC）及流水线工具（如 Ansible、Terraform、Bash、PowerShell 和 CI/CD 流水线，例如 Azure DevOps）实现运营任务自动化的实践经验
- 自动化重复性运营活动，包括补丁准备、验证以及合规相关任务
- 有将自动化集成到现有运营流程和工具中的经验
- 具备强烈意识，致力于减少人工操作并提升运营效率
监控与事件跟进
- 使用企业级监控工具对服务器和系统健康状况进行监控
- 确保警报得到妥善跟进并关闭，包括故障排查、文档记录以及必要时的升级处理
服务器服务与用户请求
- 负责处理与服务器及平台相关的用户请求，例如访问请求、服务变更以及常规运维请求
- 在约定的服务水平协议（SLA）内完成请求，同时确保安全性和合规性标准
- 具备强烈的服务导向意识和清晰的沟通能力
岗位要求：
Education:
-Bachelor’s in computer science/information systems or equals.
-5 years of experience in the fields of system administration, automation，virtualization and system health monitoring.
-Following certifications are preferred:
oRHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer)
oAZ‑104 (Azure Administrator Associate)
oCKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
Professional Skills
-Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively
-Good cross cultural communication skills, able to work with global teams and stakeholders
Technical skills:
-Hands-on experience on server and platform administration and operations
o Windows Server / Or Linux (RHEL)
-Hands-on experience with server and platform patching, including planning, communication, execution, validation, and documentation
-Familiar with container and platform technologies, such as:
oKubernetes / AKS (node patching, container redeployment, basic operations)
-Experience with automation and operational integration, including:
oScripting and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell or Bash
oCI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)
-Experience monitoring server and system health using enterprise monitoring tools, and following alerts through to closure
-Basic understanding of risk assessment, maintenance windows, and rollback procedures
Language:
-Fluent communicate with all level users in English.
