Project Background
We are recruiting 3 industry experts to support a content localization project for a well-known overseas recruitment platform targeting the Hong Kong market.
The project involves 16 workplace-related English articles (approx. 1,000 words each), which will be adapted for local relevance. Experts will provide professional commentary and insights to enhance accuracy, credibility, and local applicability.

Scope of Work
Experts are not required to write full articles. Instead, responsibilities include:
Provide professional commentary, insights, or case-based feedback on assigned articles
Ensure alignment with Hong Kong laws, workplace practices, and industry norms
Support the content team in replacing or refining expert quotes within articles
Deliver feedback on schedule and assist with content review and revisions
(Responses may be provided in Chinese if preferred)
Role Requirements
1. Legal Professional
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and regulations
Practical experience in labor disputes, hiring compliance, or employment law advisory
Ability to express legal insights clearly in English
Detail-oriented, responsible, and compliance-focused
2. HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist
3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment
Familiar with Hong Kong hiring practices, CV screening, interview processes, and workplace communication
Able to provide practical advice on job applications, CV optimization, and interview techniques
Strong written communication skills
3. Organizational Psychologist
Relevant academic or professional background in psychology / organizational behavior
Familiar with workplace psychology, career development, and employee behavior in Hong Kong
Able to provide practical, research-based insights in an accessible way

Work will be delivered in phases. No full-time commitment required—flexible, milestone-based collaboration.
