1. Be familiar with INCOTERM, and import & export processes, be able to coordinate suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, ports, Customs brokers, Customs, etc. to complete the import and export of goods, including negotiating freight rates, booking space, applying, managing and verifying processing trade books, developing container loading plans, preparing import and export documents, arranging customs declarations, confirming B/Ls, checking bills, etc.;
熟悉国际贸易术语及进出口流程，能独立协调供应商、客户、货代、港口、报关行、海关等相关部门完成货物进出口，包括确定运费，订舱，申请、管理以及核销加工贸易手册，制定集装箱装箱方案，准备进出口单据，安排报关，确认提单，确认账单等；
2. Be familiar with the application of various import and export certificates. (for example: certificate of origin; fumigation certificate; certificate of Pre-shipment Inspection, automatic import license, Import certificate of paints etc.);
熟悉各种进出口证书的申领和应用，如原产地证，熏蒸证书，装运前检验，自动进口许可证，进口涂料油漆备案证等；
3. Arrange domestic transportation;
安排国内运输;
4. Review packaging plans from logistical aspect and promote packaging improvements; arrange third-party packing service provider to make packing plan and execute packing at the right time;
从物流角度审核包装方案以及促进包装改进。根据生产进度，及时安排第三方包装服务商包装；
5. Lease and manage outside warehouse inventory, goods in and out;
租赁及管理外租仓库货物的进出；
6. Place import parts orders and expediting according to delivery dates;
进口件采购及交期跟踪；
7. Record and analyze of import and export business and expenses;
统计、分析进出口业务及费用；
8. Business communication with local Customs;
与海关的日常业务沟通；
9. Other tasks assigned by manager.
部门领导交给的其他工作。
