职位描述
参与APQP(产品质量提前计划)阶段;
负责PPAP(生产零件审批程序)和ISIR(初样检验报告)的提交;
为初始样品制定测量计划和CMM测试结果分析;
参与量具设计，量具搭建，量具验收;
项目阶段的验证测试;
监控系列生产过程各阶段的质量(进料、加工和交货)，监控零件的SPC;
根据客户要求，处理客户投诉，编制8-D报告;
对检验员和操作人员进行质量方面的培训;
及时建立和更新CP、WI(待检验)、pip等相关质量文件。
部门安排的其他质量工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，汽车零部件行业同岗位工作经验一年以上；
2、抗压力强。
