1.Analyze customer data&drawings,provide technical support for sales quotation.

2. Responsible for improvement plans of
parts, and verify the feasibility of product design plans to ensure that
products can meet the quality and cost targets.
负责对产品提出改进方案，并验证产品设计方案的可行性，确保产品能够满足质量和成本目标要求。
3. Attend all customer reviews.
参加所有的客户评审。
4. Weekly meetings with BMW SE.
每周与BMW SE进行周会。
5. Prepared and updated relevant technical documents,formulated product development plans and verification schemes. Communicate technical requirements with suppliers.
准备和更新相关的技术文件，制定产品开发计划和验证方案。和供应商沟通技术要求。
6. Complete the DFMEA file.
完成DFMEA文件。
7. Ability to perform effective tolerance analysis.
能够进行有效的公差分析工作。
8. Update material list and drawings.
更新材料清单及图纸。
9. Participated in injection mold trial,
verification and approval.
参加注塑试模，验证和批准工作。
10. Support new projects.
支持新车型项目。
11. Support customer side engineer
change for SOP project
支持SOP项目的工程更改工作。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 三年以上汽车A/B/C柱注塑行业产品经验
3. 熟悉A/B/C柱塑料件注塑过程
4.能够熟练使用3D看图软件（CATIA,CAD）
5.英语可作为日常工作语言，听说优
